I am writing to complement Villapac on your excellent service.
Having returned from our new house in Spain we felt we had to write to say how delighted we are.
Having not had a new home before, and especially not one in another country, we were quite daunted by the prospect of buying our furniture and having everything all come together for after completion - then, we chanced on finding your website.
We decided to contact Villapac and were pleased to receive your information within a few days. We also had no hard sell at all which is a refreshing change nowadays. We just received helpful and polite assistance.
We decided to travel up to Bolton to see the furniture on show. We were pleasantly surprised at the standard of both the furniture and the accessories on show and felt the layouts of the different choices were excellent. In all, we took four hours - totally unhurried and several cups of coffee, to make our choice on what we wanted. Within a week we received a quotation together with plans which enabled us to order our chosen package and thus taking all the stress out of what to us would have been quite complicated procedure.
After making our choice and reciving a date of delivery it became apparent that our house was in an area Villapac had not been to before as it was an hour North of Valencia. Nevertheless, you honoured your agreement on the price quoted. We were thankful for this. Moreover, because the curtains were not able to be made to measure in time and the bottom half of the dresses was out of stock, you made a further delivery - again, all in the price we had paid.
So THANK YOU Villapac - you offered a complete service as you promised. You helped with the choice - the 3D plans, the delivery and Installation of all appliances making our first visit to our new house a pleasure. It was so nice to collect the keys and find everything all set up and ready for us. We will and are, recommending you and hope you get plenty of repeat business as a result because we feel you deserve it.
